Need to take off a couple of pounds?

Worried about losing those extra pounds for your summer wedding or in my case a vacation of a lifetime, ephedra diet pills might be the way to go for you. I know at this point I am thinking about losing a couple extra pounds for our trip to Asia so I am looking into all sorts of things. I do use portion control to maintain a healthy weight but I am trying to lose just those couple of extra pounds that do not seem to want to budge.
