As most of you know we are headed to Asia this summer.  Me, Matt and the two older girls are going to go for 2 weeks.  We are so excited.  I can’t wait to buy a snack from a street hawker.  We will spend 7 days in Singapore and 5 days in Bangkok, so I am hoping to get some really good vacation deals while we are there. 

Matt has started putting up an lcd mount in the LAN room for all of the computer stuff.  I am so excited because it is really starting to look nice.  It was looking so cluttered in there with all of my sewing stuff and all of the computer stuff it was totally getting out of control.  So now everything is going to look so sleek and clean.  I can’t wait.

Michaela went shopping this weekend because she can.  She thinks she is ”big ballin” because she did a party last weekend and “made bank.”  She got some really cute shirts and a really nice gold bangle to wear out with her friends today.  It is President’s Day so all of the schools and banks are closed.  I have to work today but that is not big surprise.  I wish I was going to the beach with Michaela.  I hat the beach but I hate work more.  LOL

Well Dad spent another weekend helping out the Golf Channel by being a “mike guy.”  This time it was for the women’s tournament.  He just loves putting on all of his Nike golf clothes and shoes and rub shoulders with all of the big players.  I was happy he was once again invited to participate.  He got to do something he really likes and Mom got some quite time alone.

We are going to pick up the Mazda for Michaela in a couple of months but while I was in

Matt’s company is going back to Vegas.  He is a little worried because with all of the other companies going he does not want to be stuck in some cheap hotel Las Vegas.  I don’t see how that is possible but hey.  His company is always getting the best of everything.  When he went to LA he was right next to Universal Studios I bet that was cool.  I am hoping one time when he goes I can go with him too because I have never been to

When we flew into Louisiana on Thursday I saw something I had never seen in all of the years I have been flying into Alexandria.  I don’t know if I just happened to be on the right side of the plane or if we just never came in on that side before but I was able to see the Outer Banks of the Red River.  It was so neat.  We came in over the new bridge, the train trussel, and the old bridge.  It really looks old from above.  It was really cool to see it.

Ok finally after my flight was cancelled and then delayed Lani and I finally made it home.  I thought I was doing so good catching an early flight so we would get home at 4:30 but instead with all of the crap that went on we did not make it back home until midnight last night.  I don’t even have to tell you the migraine I had when we walked through the door last night.  Thankfully Lani went right to sleep, I think because she was so happy to get back in her own bed.

We have 5 new registers, 3 people have contacted me with their information and we have at about 500 visitors to the site today and that is pretty good. I want thank those who have sent me emails and I want to tell the rest of you not to be shy, I really want to hear from you. Oh and last night when the interviewed air I had to watch it again because when she said it was fish fry night at the local VFW all I could do was think about that fish. Hope you enjoy the video.
